Daily Runs
8/6: 7:30 a.m. 1 mile...it was miserable.
8/5: 8 a.m. workout with CHS XC team. Mile warm-up on track, 1/2 mile speed build-ups, 15 minutes easy, 1 mile on track. I guess total 4 miles-ish?
8/4: 8:00 p.m. 3-mile loop in Lake Park with Brittyn. My right foot fell asleep.
8/3: 5:30 p.m. 3-mile loop in Lake Park. Legs tight afterward.
8/2: 5 miles in the neighborhood. Slow and steady. Thirsty.
8/1: 9:00 p.m. 3 mile loop in neighborhood. Felt nice to be on land.
7/31: 4 miles on treadmill. Pushed last mile (7 minutes and 30 seconds.) Felt great.
7/30: 3 miles on treadmill. Sore feet from treadmill running, but otherwise felt great.
7/29: 1 mile on treadmill. Sore from jetski accident on 7/27.
7/28: 2.5 miles on treadmill.
7/27: 2 miles on cruise ship treadmill.
7/26: 2 miles on cruise ship track. Boring.
7/25: 6:50 a.m. 21 minutes, Merritt Island, FL...high humidity, verrrry flat! Good speed and strength, but breathing heavy.
7/24: 7:10 a.m. 20-ish minutes in the neighborhood, "cool" morning by local standards, felt great!
7/23: 8:30 a.m. 32 minutes in the neighborhood, asphalt, with iPod. Muggy. Steady pace. Quads were tight today.
7/22: 4:00 p.m. 20 minutes in the neighborhood, mostly trails, with Brendon. <3 HOT and FAST!
